THE GALLEY

The Northwind kitchen received a significant upgrade to support Chef’s culinary efforts and bring the ship up to present-day standards.

Just inside the door is a hatch to the lower galley, where staff would lift supplies up and lower dirty dishes to the cleaning room below. Serving more than 100 guests a night through these tight quarters is no small feat.

Rumor has it the kitchen is haunted — but we're never aboard late enough to find out.
