Minimum Spend & Service
To ensure an elevated and cohesive experience for every gathering, a food and beverage minimum of $3,500 applies to all bespoke catered events.
A dedicated host and skilled servers are included to provide seamless service throughout, and a standard gratuity (23%) is applied to the final food and beverage total.
All food and beverage services are provided exclusively through the California Yacht Club, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality, presentation, and hospitality that your guests will remember.
