Meet the Northwind

Built in 1930, this nearly century-old yacht once carried distinguished guests and stories across distant waters.

Today she is proudly moored in Marina del Rey, inviting a new generation aboard to gather, celebrate, and take in one of the harbor’s most beautiful views.

Step Aboard

The Northwind Experience begins the moment guests step aboard this beautifully restored 1930s yacht.

Guests settle in with craft cocktails and curated bites, finding their perfect place to lounge—along the rail, beneath the open sky, or tucked into an intimate corner of the deck. As the harbor glows and the evening unfolds, guests are invited to wander deck by deck, discovering the character and history of this nearly century-old vessel while enjoying panoramic marina views.

Brunch on the Water | Sunday

Daytime escape with coastal bites, morning cocktails, and easy harbor views across the yacht’s open decks.

Our menu is thoughtfully curated with bites designed to complement the cocktails, the sunset, and the easy, laid-back rhythm of being on the water aboard the Northwind.

  • Begin with Scuttlebutt, our signature Northwind cocktail

    Starter: Homemade cinnamon roll

    • Avocado Toast with salmon lox, hard-boiled egg, fried capers, radish, chili flake, and lemon zest

    • Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl or Tacos with sushi rice, avocado, and sesame

    • Short Rib Breakfast Burrito with eggs, cheddar, potato, and salsa verde

    • Belgian Waffles served with hot honey butter

    Finish with a sweet stop at our candy bar!
